سياسة المحتوى أبواب:-

" أبواب عبارة عن منصة تواصل اجتماعي تمكن المستخدمين من مشاركة الصور والفيديو والروابط والنصوص الكتابية في صفحات فرعية نسميها أبواب. وفي إطار سعينا لجعل المنصة بيئة مناسبة لجميع المستخدمين، قمنا بكتابة هذه السياسات المنظمة للمحتوى والواجب اتباعها."

المحتوى الغير مقبول في منصة أبواب:-

  • لا نسمح بنشر او مشاركة أي محتوى جنسي بأي شكل من الأشكال.
  • لا نسمح بنشر او مشاركة أي محتوى يحث على العنف بأي شكل من الأشكال.
  • لا نسمح بأن يقوم أي مستخدم بالكشف عن أي بيانات شخصية خاصة أو أن يقوم أي مستخدم بانتحال هوية شخص آخر بداخل منصة أبواب.
  • لا نسمح بنشر او مشاركة أي محتوى مضلل أو يسبب الضرر لأحد مستخدمي منصة أبواب.
  • لا نسمح بنشر إعلانات أي منتجات أو سلع بداخل منصة أبواب إلا في حال الحصول على الموافقة من قبل إدارة أبواب.
  • لا نسمح بنشر أو مشاركة أي روابط ضارة بداخل منصة أبواب.
  • لا نسمح بنشر او مشاركة أي محتوى مخالف لقوانين الدولة التي تعيش فيها.
  • لا نسمح بنشر او مشاركة محتوى من دون ذكر حقوق النشر اذا وجدت.

السلوكيات الغير مقبولة في منصة أبواب:-

  • الإساءة للأشخاص أو أي شكل من أشكال التنمر.
  • التمييز العنصري أو الديني أو الطائفي.
  • إنشاء حسابات جديدة في منصة أبواب لتجنب عقوبات الحظر.
  • التلاعب في التصويتات داخل منصة أبواب.

في حال عدم الالتزام:-

يجوز لنا كإدارة أبواب القيام بالآتي حسب ما نراه مناسباً:

  • إزالة المنشور أو التعليق المخالف.
  • إزالة الباب المخالف.
  • إرسال رسالة تحذير للمستخدم المخالف مع ذكر السبب.
  • القيام بحظر مؤقت للمستخدم المخالف.
  • القيام بحظر دائم للمستخدم المخالف.

المشرفين:-

جميع الأبواب في المنصة تخضع لرقابة مشرفين إما أنهم هم من قاموا بإنشاء الباب أو قمنا نحن بتعيينهم، ويجوز لهم وضع قوانين فرعية داخل كل باب على أن لا تخالف القوانين الرئيسية الموجودة في سياستنا للمحتوى.

نرجو من المستخدمين في حالة رؤيتهم لأي محتوى مخالف تم إضافته بداخل المنصة أن يتواصلوا معنا على الفور وإبلاغنا بذلك لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لهذه المخالفة.

كما يحق لنا كإدارة منصة أبواب وفي أي وقت كان أن نقوم بالتعديل أو التغيير في أي من البنود السابقة وسنسعى جاهدين أن نقوم بإخطار جميع مستخدمي المنصة في حال قمنا بذلك.

Content Policy

Ubwab Content Policy:-

"Ubwab is a social networking platform that enable users to share images, videos, links and text in communities that we call Ubwab (Meaning doors in Arabic). In our effort to make the platform a suitable environment for all users, we have written these policies regulating the content and its mandatory to be followed by all users of the platform."

Unacceptable content on Ubwab:-

  • We do not allow any sexual content to be posted or shared in any way.
  • We do not allow posting or sharing any content that incites violence in any way.
  • We do not allow any user to disclose any private personal data or for any user to impersonate another person within Ubwab platform.
  • We do not allow the posting or sharing of any content that is misleading or harmful to any user of Ubwab platform.
  • We do not allow advertising of any products or merchandise within Ubwab platform, unless approval is obtained from the administration of Ubwab platform.
  • We do not allow posting or sharing any malicious links within Ubwab Platform.
  • We do not allow posting or sharing any content that violates the laws of the country in which you live in.
  • We do not allow posting or sharing content without mentioning copyright, if any exists.

Unacceptable behavior on Ubwab platform:-

  • Abuse of persons or any form of bullying.
  • Racial, religious or sectarian discrimination.
  • Creating new accounts to avoid ban penalties.
  • Manipulation of votes in Ubwab platform.

In the event of non-compliance:-

It is permissible for us as administrators of Ubwab to do the following as we see fit:

  • Remove the offending post or comment.
  • Remove the offending community.
  • Send a warning message to the violating user stating the reason.
  • Temporarily banning the offending user.
  • Permanent ban of the offending user.

Moderation:-

All communities on the platform are under the control of moderators, either they are the ones who created the community or we have appointed them as moderators, and they may put sub-rules for each independent community, provided that they do not violate the main set of rules in our content policy.

We encourage users, if they see any violating content that has been added within the platform, to contact us immediately and inform us of this so we take appropriate measures for the violation.

We, the Administration of the Ubwab platform, have the right, at any time, to modify or change any of the previous clauses, and we will strive to notify all users of the platform if once we do.
